I had been e...Thanks for the advice, Diane and Pat. I had been eating some peanut butter before sacking out, but maybe I'll add a little honey to it. Or I'll make a sandwich. Or have all that with a glass of milk. <br />Pat, all those carbs are what I like, and they make me feel more "comfortable" as in comfort food. I know that is also because they increase the serotinon and such to my brain. But, darn it, they also add weight right around my middle. <br />I think I need a day to sleep and catch up. Every person is different, and between 6 and 9 is acceptable. So if your body is rested with only 6 hours, you might be okay!<br /><br />I tend to get 6 & 1/2 to 7 hours.<br /><br />L.
